Prices PER ROOM AND PER DAY
Included in our prices: bed & buffet breakfast, children from 0 to 2 years (without cradle), Internet connection, air conditioning (from mid June to mid September, if the weather requires it), ceiling fan with remote control, heating, safe in every room,
sun loungers for the beach, fitness room, sauna (closed in July and August), parking.

BLUE WEEK SPECIAL OFFER (please clik "OFFERS"):
It applies to visits of 1, 2 or more weeks. The price for any additional days is based on the “more than 4 days” price
DOUBLE ROOM - EXTRA CHARGES:
- Children from 3 to 6 years +25%;
- from 7 to 12 years +35%;
- from 13 years or more +45%.
The surcharge is applicable for children staying in their parent's room and it is calculated on the price of the chosen room.
* TRIPLE BEDROOM WITHOUT BALCONY - EXTRA CHARGES:
large bedroom and bathroom with a French bed and 1 single bed.
Possibility of 4th or 5th extra bed. The surcharge for the extra beds is calculated on the price of the triple bedroom and on the age:
- Children from 3 to 6 years +17%;
- from 7 to 12 years +24%;
- from 13 years or more +30%.
EXTRA CHARGES:
cradle / small bed € 11,00 per day.
HALF BOARD:
at your request in a restaurant in town in front of the lake € 13,00 / 16,00 per person .
SMALL DOGS:
€ 7,00 per night (no admittance in the buffet room).
MINIMUM STAY:
In a certain periods we request a minimum stay of 3 nights .
CHECK IN TIME:
2 p.m. – 6 p.m. After 6 p.m. please call the Hotel reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There will be no cancellation charge 8 days or more before your arrival date. If the booking is cancelled less than 8 days before your arrival date, or in case of no-show, you will be charged of 1 night every 3 reserved. In case of delayed arrival or early departure we will charge you the room price for a min. of 1 to a max. of 3 days.
